Privacy statement

Payli processes employees' payroll data on behalf of their employer. The employer is the controller; Mondivio is the processor.

What we process

The data the employer enters: name, address, date of birth, ID number, bank account, salary, leave and documents of employees, and the account details of users. We use them solely to run the payroll and to secure the service.

Where

On our own server in Germany. Backups are encrypted and kept off the server. No data is sold to third parties or used for other purposes. Outgoing e-mail (payslips, invitations) goes through a European mail provider.

This website

The website uses no cookies for tracking or advertising and loads nothing from third parties. No visitor statistics are collected that can be traced to a person.

Your rights

Employees turn to their employer for access or correction; the employer can view, change, export and, after the retention period, anonymise everything in Payli. Questions for Mondivio: [email protected].
