Data processing agreement

Payroll data is personal data. Every employer using Payli therefore enters into a data processing agreement with Mondivio. It will be published here before the first paid subscriptions and forms part of the terms of service.

The core of the agreement

• Mondivio processes solely on the employer's instructions and only for the payroll.
• Storage and processing within the European Union; no transfer outside the EU unless the employer enables an integration (for example with an accounting package) or connects an external AI service.
• Technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, two-step verification, strict separation per employer, audit log, daily encrypted backups.
• In case of a data breach Mondivio informs the employer without undue delay.
• After termination the employer can export everything; the data is deleted afterwards.
