About Payli

Payli is made for employers in Suriname who want to run their own payroll: properly, quickly and without it becoming a project.

Why Payli

Payroll in Suriname is not complicated, but it is precise: the right table, the right premium, the right filing, every month again. That work belongs in the software, not in the owner's head. Payli calculates, monitors and delivers the files, and the employer keeps their hands on the wheel.

Where your data lives

On our own server in Europe (Germany), not with an American cloud service. Every employer is strictly separated from the others. An encrypted backup is made every night and kept off the server. Connections are encrypted, two-step verification is available for every user and can be made mandatory per employer, and every change is recorded in an audit log.

Your data stays yours

Everything can be exported with one click: employees, periods, entries, documents. Your environment stays readable after cancelling. There is no vendor lock-in.

Who is behind it

Payli is a product of Mondivio, a Dutch software company with Surinamese roots. We build and maintain Payli ourselves, including the tables and premiums that change every year.
